If the actual game studio were to release the full recording of SASRT in .flac or .mp3 (320kb) I would put five dollars down right now. I have taken the long and crap ad supported process to get rips from the game which sound like a very low quality signal packaged into a high bitrate. Sega, Sumo Digital, and Richard Jacques please, just release the full Original Sound Track of SASRT on Steam.

I will pay you money.

The music to this game ranks among some of the best video game music ever, most likely because it has its roots in some of the best games ever.

I agree, game soundtracks are wonderful and I love them. If you put the soundtrack up on Steam, I'd gladly buy it.

This also goes for pretty much everything Sega. Sonic, Nights, Jet Set Radio, etc. You put up the soundtracks and I'll buy them in a heartbeat.

Wow, getting so much good feedback, I think they may just have to include the original 16 bit soundtracks to all the themes that were remixed/orchestrated for.

That'd take a lot, not everything was 16-bit, and they may not actually have the rights to all the original music. Take "We Are Burning Rangers" for example. There's a synth-instrument playing instead of vocals through a good point of the theme in Burning Depths because they weren't able to get the rights to use the origial lyrics, or something to that extent.

But I do support an official S&ASRT soundtrack because this music is a massive nostalgia trip and it's some of the best remixing i've heard ever. You should've heard my fangasm when I first played Adder's Lair and heard that epic Wilderness mix.

That is very interesting. If its on youtube you can convert it to mp3 and put it on your phone or whereever and it sounds great in my experiences. Serously, I have learned so much from some people on steam.

Don't use YouTube to rip tracks, youtube has horrible quality. Ripping directly from StreamsMulti actually gives higher audio quality than YouTube gives.
