I think his referring to Ralph, Danica and Team Fortress.
While they do publish some/ all of the games, I think it's owned by Crypton Future Media (or Dwango Music Entertainment).
I remember S0L commenting on Miku not being in Transformed. I remember part of his post mentioned that SEGA isn't the actual owner or somesuch. They just work with the creator's to make the games and/ or publish them. So while her getting in wouldn't be impossible, her inclusion wouldn't be much different then Wreck-It Ralph's or Danica's.
This is all from memory, so I may have a few points that are incorrect. But it might explain why Miku doesn't appear in EVERYTHING Sega does (apparently she did make a cameo as an armor set in Monster Hunter... which is by Capcom).
Personally, I wouldn't really care whether they added anything from Project Diva or not. It seems like a case of "anime overdose", which can be dangerous.
Honestly, i've been with Sega since i started gaming 25 years ago on the Master System and if anything, the characters that are missing are those from Golden Axe (Ax Batler, Tyrius Thunderhead), Streets of Rage, Ristar, Comix Zone and all the other classics from the golden age of Sega.
Heck, Kid Chameleon would've been awesome for example.

Love it or hate it, that fact she outvoted Segata Sanshiro and was only outvoted by Ryo (and not by much) means something. Everything? No. But something.
Found this thread by Google. Saw this. Necroing the thread purely for the sake of saying... imagine being one of these kinds of people. Imagine having such a hate boner for Japan that you have to sound like some wannabe jock head when you were at least 25 at the time of writing that post.
Couldn't be me. It's far more sad than the people they made fun of. :^)
