What about 2?
There was one SaASRT. So if they made another it would be the second imo.
But the transformations was what made the game so awesome. The other games look boring in comparison.
Agree. I tried both Racing and Team Racing and neither of them could reach up to Transformed. Racing is mostly a generic but solid kart racer. Transformed is better and more unique in every aspect. Team Racing is clearly a downgrade and goes more towards the original Racing game again.
Transformed just had everything perfect. Satisfying gameplay, controls, physics, characters, maps, diversity, music, transformations, unlockable content, etc. Wish they did a transformed 2 and just abandon this generic kart racing stuff. I mean we all got Mario Kart for this. Transformed managed to make its own unique niche and also really perfected everything all around. To this day I dont know why they made Team Racing and why it is so much worse than Transformed.
Transformed 2 (or even 3 for that matter) probably won't even be developed. It's too much for the developer team to handle/lack of developer interest riddled with licensing issues. Even though Transformed was one of the best (another personal opinion).
Pff lol, not at all the same gameplay, even without the transformations.
TSR is much slower and the tracks are extremely boring straight lines.
They were released on a crap ton of platforms, which are Wii, PS3, Xbox 360, WiiU, DS, 3DS, PSP, PS Vita, iOS, Android, PC, Mac, and Linux. Tennis and the racing games should be backwards compatible on PS4 and Xbox One through their digital services. Sadly (or who cares), the iOS and Android ports of Transformed were taken down a few years ago and I'm not sure if they ever got republished.
My biggest gripe with All Stars and Transformed is that they don't have enough track diversity. All Stars just had Sonic, Samba de Amigo, Monkey Ball, Billy Hatcher, House of Dead, and Jet Set Radio for the tracks; while new IPs represented in Transformed were limited to 1 track, whereas Sonic still got several. And of course the non racing modes only had like 3 maps in All Stars and 5 in Transformed when Mario Kart has at least like a dozen for just new stages.
So it's like the Sonic Forces of racing?
