1) First find your steam workshop folder.
a) Go to This PC
b) Then Acer (C:)
c) Then Program Files (x86)
d) Then Steam
e) Now steamapps
f) There is the workshop folder in there.
2) Now this is the fun part.
a) Go to your starbound icon on the desktop but dont click it.
b) Hover over it and there should be some sort of id at the end. Mine is 211820 but your might be different.
c) Then go back to the workshop folder
d) Now click the file with the ID of your starbound
e) Now if you can figure out which is which take the files out of the folder and put them into a separate folder to store them. But if you dont want any then you just take all of them out.
I think you check workshop ids by just going to the page and right under the STORE LIBRARY COMMUNITY NAME there should be a URL like http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=729726478 and the Id right at the end is the same id as what should be on one of the workshop files.
i keep em around as backups.
