but there is a lack of informations, we don't know what you tindeing to do, and what engine branch of the source sdk you are using.
and we don't know from where you execute the tools like hammer.
so give us these information first if you want some help.

Not sure if this works.
I was having issues with this until I opened hammer directly through: Steam/Steamapps/Common/Counter-Strike:Source/Bin/Hammer.exe
This will show you all of the models with the correct textures as the directories have been fixed.
Alternatively, if you are attempting to use props from other games like halflife, try loading halflife and allow steam to restructure it like cs:s did.
