Don't store your maps in the 'Users' folder or on the desktop, those are protected areas of the operating system and can cause issues with writing to files. Make a 'Maps' folder on the 'C:' drive and save them there instead.

Why NO VIS, use fast vis at least. Makes no sense to run normal rad but no vis at all.

Search for Brush 5975 by view menu/go to brush number, and check what is wrong. Hide it by visgroups and see , if that's the problem try to turn it to func_detail or func_brush, or rebuild it.

OP has quite a few of these errors. I believe they cause the .bsp to not be written correctly.

Generally, if these errors are caused by a leak vbsp will fail but I've never run into a failure to write the bsp if there is no leak involved. In this case it's most likely due to write permissions.
Maybe OP can specify what actually fixed it?

sometimes if it doesn't load is because it takes that long, I was trying to load a map but it wouldn't load soo I found this thread, and then noticed the 1...2...3 etc is just the loading and it takees that long
