Video stress test issue

So i am creating a mod and every time i create a mod with source sdk it just gives me a video stress test. When i open the mod i have created maps in hammer for my mod it does not even load them it just gives me the video stress test. So if anyone would give me advice that would be great. I am using source sdk 2006 to create my mod.

Don't use source sdk. Use the hammer editor in the game folder of a source-game (such as css, csgo, gmod, etc.)

So i just opened up hammer and i am not quite sure what you want me to do would you like me to run the map because if i run the map it does not work it just shows me a blank screen and a error code.
