Source Multi Tool not working, PLEASE HELP!

Source Multi Tool is saying Source SDK Base 2013 MP is not installed correctly when i have installed it and i cannot run customConfig and it is only showing GarrysMod in the game list please help me fix it

There is a bug where if you have installed things in the non primary steam drive location it can not find them.

If you are wanting this for Garry's Mod mapping (which I think most people use custom config for) you might just want to follow this guide instead

but it doesn't seem to work with the episodic hl2 content
