i looked it up on the nvidia website, in the terms and conditions of the offer it says "FOR NORTH AMERICA TERRITORIES

Just a nice little chat with Newegg below. I got the EVGA GTX 970 with Witcher 3. I asked them kindly for the Batman: Arkham Knight. This was the result...

That is why they will eventually just tell everyone No. Doing that crap ruins it for people who actually bought a card a week or two before they added the extra game.

I bought my 970 a few days before the witcher 3 promo started from BH Photo, I mailed them last night about it and they gave me both the witcher 3 and batman arkham knight codes :)

Well, normally, no. I would agree with you. But I've spent about $15k at newegg over the years since I've started using them. You'd think they could swing a free game code my way some time. Not like I'm asking for a new computer from them, or a free video card...just a free code for a game during a promotional timeframe.
