Anyone know when you can pre-load games on Steam??

On the day of release because of the Summer Sale taking up all of Steam's resource right now.

There is nothing official yet. Arkham Origins had the pre-load option 2 days before the release, and Summer Sale is ending in June 21, 2 days before the release of Arkham Knight. Which means if there will be a pre-load option, it will most likely be avaliable on June 21.
