Button mapping mod? (Xbox controller)
The mapping is really bad on AK, I am wondering if we there's a way to change it?

Maybe if you edit the ini. files, but I'm not aware of any mods to change the controls. What exactly is causing you grief?

In what way, exactly? And what do you aim to change it to?

That ain't gonna happen. You'd have to remap detective vision elsewhere, which got moved to make way for the Batmobile/Dual Takedown. Switching objectives would need to be moved elsewhere. Changing gadgets from the selection wheel would require altering how the game works quite a bit, not just changing the buttons.

Use a cronusmax - www.cronusmax.com Lets you remap the buttons how you please and does it via hardware/

Okay, so I may have a partial answer to this question. Specifically, how to swap the LB and direction pad up buttons (default enter/exit Batmobile and detective mode, respectively).

I'm still investigating, but it looks like the .ini file for the button mapping on PC (by default, at least for me) is under C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Batman Arkham Knight\BmGame\Config and the file you want is BmInput.ini. "ForensicMode" is mapped to "XboxTypeS_DPad_Up" and "XboxTypeS_LeftShoulder" seems to be the left button. The tricky bit is that I can't find any sort of command to enter or exit the Batmobile (there is an exit vehicle command, but it's mapped to the A button). There is, however, a "DualPlay" command, which I think is sharing with the Batmobile command. I'm swapping these and testing it out shortly.
