Will old owners of AC3 get the remastered for free?

No, you need to own the AC Odyssey Season Pass to get it for free. It will also be sold separately for purchase

When the director's cut of the original came out, same for II. Owners got upgraded automatically. I'm hoping the same will happen here, or ar least give us an upgrade discount price.

can't get the game or any of the dlc to work, uplay says the steam keys are invalid and it will not run... waiting to hear back from ubisoft support, seems to be a bigger issue with many having this problem.

you only get it if you own AC Odyssey and the Season Pass end of discussion you wont get it if you only have AC3
