I'm a big Castlevania fan (both classic and IGA style), so I should be the exact target audience for this, but good lord in heaven, this game will be impossible to play in front of other people. And I wouldn't even want to play it alone cause those voices are so high pitched they're like nails on a blackboard.

This game could've been infinitely better by simply swapping out these cringe characters. Nearly everything else in the game is great, and would've appealed to a broader audience.

Its sad isn't it? If they don't like something, fine, everyone's tastes are different. But people also feel the need to sh*t on the people that do like something, and act like their way is the only right way. It gets genuinely exhausting and I wish people could just grow up. The game's been under fire in the forums for every nit-picky thing you could possibly conceive meanwhile most of us can just play the game and enjoy it.

I played a long session in remote play with a friend last night, beating the first loop of the game. Were there things we could have been critical about? Absolutely, but we were also having to much fun to care.

I'd wager functional adults have better things to do than going where there's things they dislike, and whine about it instead of finding something else

Also, Gal Gun Double Peace was their best performing game, and that's their most overtly sexual franchise, so much for appealing to a 'broader audience' (which will consist of cunてs whining about every little cavil anyway)
