No FMV Opening or Cutscenes Win10 *SOLVED*

I start the Game and the Opening is not playing.I hear the sound for maybe 1 second and it appears the black screen with white text and the Game starts in 3D. Any solution ? thanx.

OK Problem solved.

This game needs additional external video codecs. I´ve downloaded this Video codec pack for Win10 and the the FMVs in this Game are working now.

though it still makes me wonder because prior to installing the codec I've already installed the latest K Lite Mega Codec Pack and the video file in installation folder can be played perfectly
