A wonderful tribute to the original Painkiller with some modifications to the level designs. There are only five levels, which usually give ample space to work around the hordes that you are kiting. The music is great, they brought back the heavy metal soundtrack which really made me feel at home.

If you like the original Painkiller, this one is a good homage. If you like old school shooters that give you more of a challenge, this will be up your alley. I enjoyed this game a lot.
