I want to play dragonborn. What lvl do they start at?

Lvl 1 like all the other classes when you create a new character. If you've unlocked any of the Vet bonus than you could start it at that level (4, 10 etc...). Not sure if there's an Iconic for Dragonborn, but if so those start at lvl 15?

How do I buy turbine points? Last time I bought them was gift cards back when they were sold in 2015.

Go in game, open up the in game store (same place as you redeem the code at and click on the 'SSG Coin' symbol / Buy Points and do it via there.

Yeah I used to pick up code cards once in a while at the store too. Very handy.

Which points are you talking about? Favor or Store? Store points are account wide.

You could do a lesser reincarnation right now and you'd be able to change around the things you picked via the enchanement panel, RACE etc... just not your class. So sure.

You'd need to hit lvl 20 before you could do any kind of class changing reincarnation.
