same problem here hacked everything and collected everything and did all side quests still need more cache for weapon upgrades

Keep an eye out for red dots in the map, if your notoriety isn't active. Could be a Genki. Kill him! Take his money and cackle in glee.

Gee the obvious and pointless answers. Sorry, but it is. When someone ask something like this, he is looking for the most effective way.

I would suggest doing the Mech Suit Mayhem on Hard (middle of the map). With all the bonuses, you get 11500, what don't less more 2 min to get gold. And is a fun mission.

i actually like the fact u have to grind a bit for your cash , made this game a bit more challengind than SR3 where i had half million cash and bought everything mid game

Blazin under chemical platnt - marked as hard, but very easy and fast way to get 10000 per run. Great at beginning, after you get supersprint.

Pfffff, I find it Astonishing how ppl Miss the obvious Stuff- to Get lots a money aka Cash- u just Check the Cash section in the menu every now and then (ofc, after upgrading it)

The one ground smash mayhem mission by the airport is probably the best one for grinding money. Once you have maxed super sprint with tornado effect. Just follow the edges of the roads. Less than a minute for 12k.

Go to the casino with tornado upgrade, and run around like crazy for a few mins. Once done, loot the spoils :D

Hold up stores/people , also the news stands and things give cash when busted, and they respawn constantly when the cell is reladed. So break leave wash rince repeat. Also the sniper when upgraded gives extra cash with kills.
