WOW VERY ASTUTE!
of course other possibility might exist like you just bound a new credit card used that to pay and immediately refunded within 2h gameplay or its an new account etc. then the system might flag you as potential scam and refuse your request, but those should be solved once a real person is contacted.
there were 1000 times worse launches and this didnt happen lol
I would assume steam wallet is a slam dunk for them since they still technically keep your money in the platform, so easier to process
back to payment provider would probably be viewed stricter as they lose out on the funds overall
If you're over 2 hours and its a personal review needed, i'd go with wallet to increase chances of refund going through

Never had that happen on any other refunds i've asked. Dont know whats the problem with this one.
My guess is massive amount of refunds requested and steam is pacing them out to see who still wants them after a week to reduce cash out
same for me mate, 4 days and nothing.
I have a bunch of games in my library that didn't have native Steam Input when I bought them, then they added it and now I don't have any gamepad support. Valve won't refund you. I don't buy games on Steam anymore because of this.
