Guide for All Written Notes, Books & Audiographs?

Is there a Guide for it? I know certain Notes change if doing Low or High Chaos, some only appear if doing or not doing certain actions in Missions, but I couldn't find a Guide anywhere here at least. Wiki has every Note but comprehensive Guide would be welcome.

i dont think there is a guide because there isnt any achievement or completion tied to it. Unlike deus ex HR and prey where you need to read all emails or books dishonored doesnt have anything tied to it, that said you can use dark vision to find papers, books through walls which are highlighted yellow so using that you can find them all and know the lore

If you actually do it, that would be sweet! I know it's really mundane and thankless job but for anyone who wants to "100%" run of this game it would be extremely helpful!
