Unlimited mana and runes?
So i really want to get unlimited mana to play around with. Is there any way to get this by editing files or getting a simple 3rd party software?

Really?
When I played, I had Dark Vision level 2, Blink level 2, Bend Time level 2, and 17 runes left over.

So, let me understand this right. Since you have nearly 240 hours, you're getting bored? I have over 1600 hours in Dishonored and still have had no reason to use cheats. There are so many variables that provide so much replay value. In fact, I've modified some config files to increase the difficulty, even over the Very Hard difficulty setting. I'm still not bored. :)

But, I was like you when I played Half-Life 2. After beating the game several time, I started using console cheats. It was fun, I have to admit.

There is a bone charm that lets you regain mana from drinking from the taps. You get it less than a 1/3 into the game. There's also one for health regain. And the taps are very common so you're never from from a place to top up.

Personally I've never had a problem with mana as I'm usually carrying 10 around with me anyway.

There' are several bone charms that affect mana...
  • Spiritual Pool - Slightly faster mana regeneration.
  • Blood Ox Heart - 20% increase to maximum mana.
  • Falling Star - Drop assassinating recharges mana by 20%.
  • Plague Affinity - Damage by weepers grants a small amount of mana.
  • Spirited I - Potions grant 5% more mana.
  • Spirited II - Potions grant 10% more mana.
  • Spirit Water - Drinking from faucets recharges mana by 20%.
  • Twist of Fortune I - Very rarely, using a potion grants full mana.
  • Twist of Fortune II - Sometimes, using a potion grants full mana.
  • Gutter Feast - Eating white rats restores 5% mana.

Well technically its around 500 hours now I had the xbox 360 version (before i got pc) which I got like 200 hours in then another 50 ish in definitive edition on ps4. Also if theres a way to make it so if you kill anyone or neutralize someone who isnt a target or anyone see's you you have to restart from first level (like in Thief) I will never stop playing dishonored.

I kinda was very off when I said 50 on xbox originally I actually checked my hours it was like 206 or something

I wish there was a "Custom Difficulty", like in Thief. But, we'll just have to settle for following self-imposed restrictions and play on the honor system. :)

I tried that, though. I told myself that I wasn't going to reload at all, and play through the entire game without killing or knocking out anyone and Ghost the whole game. I did it, except for one thing. I got hasty with a jump and fell to my death. :/ Oh well. :)

Been there girlfriend! Look, you are not creative enough, use the Devouring Swarm power cheese!! I have infinite mana because I add the "Spiritual sacrifice" bonecharm with devouring swarm. It is super effective, infinite mana, as long as you let it regenerate
