Dishonored
Dishonored 1 remastered
Instead of a dishonored 4 i think ti would be way easier and better. There would be no chance for mistakes wink, and probably wouldn't take as long as a new game.

What do you fellow dishonored fans think ? I really want this game with the graphics of the last two games.

Personally, I believe Dishonored looks and feels so much more lived in and more refined than the sequel, I think the game is just about perfect as it is.

I agree I really like the graphics and art style in dishonored 1 even if it looks a bit dated the look and feel is unmatched by the sequel imo

I can understand the illusion of modernizing a good game. However, the sentiment is sadly misused by developers/ publishers with the trend of remastering a game with new problems, and demanding money like it was the newest thing on the universe.

True to a point, but to totally rework all the models and textures takes a lot of time and cash. It wouldn't come for peanuts.

The best thing Beth could do for Dishonored (1 and 2) would be to release a version of Skyrim's Creation Kit. Modders would do all the work for them. Modders have fun. Players get free mods. Bethesda recoups the cost of the kit many times over through renewed interest in the game. Everyone gets their own version of Dishonored. Nobody loses.*

So that's my take on it. After that, I'd love Dishonored 3, as others have said. It could be after the events of Death Of The Outsider. To my mind, whether the Outsider dies or is spared, that is not the end of the the source of the supernatural powers... only its vessel is removed.

* I've made a mod for Skyrim on Nexus, so I can genuinely make that comment.

For me Dishonored/Prey is all about gameplay mechanics and level design so it's fine as it is. I'd gladly pay for a remaster though to support the one of a kind Arkane Studios.

No more remastered. Just make newer game.

Dishonored 1 and 2, they are really very successful, I was quickly caught. Maybe we will get another sequel.

Overrated? By what metric? The reviews of those who played it? Because it's utterly underrated in terms of sales and exposure. Criminally few people play it.
Also, D2 hardly improved things overall, it added some new powers that were mostly worthless, added almost nothing useful to the existing powers, added an overpowered bonecharm system, broke the mechanic for crouching under objects, replaced the rat plague with an environmental hazard that's more of a chore and rarely has any opportunity to tie into creative gameplay, the new engine has some seriously bad rendering issues (aliasing is very strong and the aa is ♥♥♥♥), and the story and worldbuilding is far weaker.
