"Gentlemen Callers" and "Clean Hands"?
So I've read contradictory information to that one. Some say doing Granny's quest invalidates "Clean Hands", others say it doesn't count towards it. Anyone know the definitve answer? As a completionist, it would bug me not to do it if possible, but I also wanna do Clean Hands on this playthrough.

You can do Granny's first quest (poisoning the still) and it will not count against clean hands BUT it will make things more difficult later as doing both her quest and Slackjaw's (which you need to do for clean hands) leads to a difficult bit to stealth (though it can be done) and Granny has a very specific process you have to go through to take her down clean hands. it is usually simpler to skip poisoning the still if you are going for ghost or clean hands as that will skip the business in the sewers later on (though it will cost you access to a painting).

Knock them out without killing them. If anything the only thing that is difficult is knocking them out and maintaining "Ghost".

You have to knock them out. People are refering to another Granny rags quest about poisoning the elixer supply.

But even then if you poison it it won't spoil your 'clean hands'.

Yeah, I meant the follow up quest with the poisoning. Guess I'll just skip it?

Oh, ok. I read it makes it harder to stealth later on though?

It should be fine. It won't count as kills. Might spawn more weepers later.

Yeah, I skipped that one this time around (I already got the "Gentlemen Caller" achievement on my last run apparently, which was 5 years ago xD). Finished Lady Boyle last night, so far I've managed to stay undetected and not killing anyone in all missions (let's hope I didn't kill someone by accident somewhere) and also haven't bought any power upgrades...

I am confused by the game :/
i recently finsished a full run of 0 kills and 0 alerts.
bypassed most of my targets by disabling them troug side missions.
the key to clean hands achievement is not doing the alternative takedowns? And deal with your primary targets yourself by drugging them.
since i did get poetic justice

There is only one way to non-lethally take down targets.

Those don't count. I shot a few of them, still got Clean Hands in the end.
