Does having cat ears and buying a reg rocket launcher create infinite launcher?

I don't believe it does, because the way the cat ears work is that it gives you infinite supply ammo to reload with

NNope, you need to buy the infinite rocket launcher. but with the cat ears and a killer7 full upradged... the game turns very easy.

Is the one-time rocket launcher stronger than the other rocket launchers?

I used trainer to make that one-time rocket launcher infinite, and it's so powerful that it one-shot the final boss.

The rocket launcher is just that strong, it one shots basically everything in the game (only Mendez can survive it technically)

That's the point. it's an instant-kill weapon for bosses.

i mean i have a save with all weapons, i was just curious for speedrunning purposes

Rocket Launcher is a onehit kill on almost everything unless it has invinicibility or multiple phases of the boss fight.

Also, why did you need to cheat for it, lol, the infinite rocket launcher is only 2 million coins, which you can easily get in a single playthrough.
