There's a refund button, and why would you buy something full price, and even more so the day before a sale?
The Republic in particular was available for near-nada 3-4 months ago: https://barter.vg/bundle/4347/

DLC purchased from the Steam store is refundable within fourteen days of purchase, and if the underlying title has been played for less than two hours since the DLC was purchased
