Try going through steam help stuff. You might be able to find it there. The "help" button at the top of the screen.

Select "Set categories"
Check the "hide this game in my library" box

Yes. I know. That does not get rid of it however. Only hides it.

Im trying to limit how often Steam uses this to dictate what games are dumped into our libraries withiout our censent. Think about it. If Steam starts doing this on a regular basis to most likely earn some more money, then imagine how our game libraries would look.

Oh, I see. Well I can't speak to that, as I haven't had anything permanently added to my library without my consent in the 8 years I've been on Steam, but if you have I'm sorry. I agree with you that Valve shouldn't be engaging in such a practice. The only other thing I could suggest would be going through Steam Support, but you're likely already doing that, so I wish you good luck.

I have seen it once or twice before. They add them for a limited time and then remove them.One can hope they also do that this time.
That howver does not make everything ok, as I still think its not cool to dump games, even temporary ones, into peoples libraries.

Take one of those, probably the "Steam Discussions" or "Steam Community" subforum https://steamcommunity.com/discussions/

"Suggestions" seems to be specifically for the client.
