Select your game and click on "I want to permanently remove this game from my account".
If that fails, remove it from https://store.steampowered.com/account/licenses/
This took 10 seconds to google man.
Select "Set categories"
Check the "hide this game in my library" box
Select "OK"
Im trying to limit how often Steam uses this to dictate what games are dumped into our libraries withiout our censent. Think about it. If Steam starts doing this on a regular basis to most likely earn some more money, then imagine how our game libraries would look.
I never asked for this thing and I dont want it cluttering up my library.
Ooh. I'm glad this thread was made. I found EU4 Demo in my library. Thanks for the tip!
That howver does not make everything ok, as I still think its not cool to dump games, even temporary ones, into peoples libraries.
Posting in one of the Steam specifc forums would make more sense then.
Take one of those, probably the "Steam Discussions" or "Steam Community" subforum https://steamcommunity.com/discussions/
"Suggestions" seems to be specifically for the client.
