Can I change only my law change cooldown?

At first I change defines.lua, but it applies to every character. I want to clear my cooldown...Next I tried to make a decision, but I don't know the command of 'clearing cooldown'. Is there any command to clear cooldown?

Why not just learn to play the game right? I know this isnt the answer or reply you wanted tho. But this game is very rewarding to not cheat. I say this without the intent of being rude.

allow_laws in console. But what sudokek is saying is also true, at least for me personally
