Tomb of the Lost Adventurer (DLC) Glitch

I just can't finish this DLC. I burned all I cloths, the tree is gone, but I still can't walk over the plane. Lara is just barrelrolling, sliding, glitching in the air and falling off.

I Googled some posts about it and I haven't seen anything but "this problem has been reported"(in March...) and "just load your save and it's fine".

Well, I loaded my save 15 times, saved to different save slots, rebooted Tomb Raider several times and ran file integrity. Nothing works.

So does anyone have any helpful information that actually fixes this?

Ohh, my whine post gave me new insights. Once you loaded up your save file, do NOT throw the lamp on the last cloth like you think you should do. If you just jump up on the plane without burning that last one, you won't bug off!

This is a well documented glitch.

The easiest solution: quit current game, close TR, close Steam. Launch Steam and everything again, load last savegame. Problem fixed.

Sometimes you have to go as far as restarting your PC, sometimes restarting TR and reloading is enough. This last option solved it for me.

No need to start from the beginning or perform actions in any particular order.

Well, I hit this glitch, spent much longer than the DLC takes to complete trying to figure out how to fix it, and... well, I just did the dungeon over again and it was fine... Great work on the unpatched, broken DLC, Square Enix.

Though, I will choose to take this in a different way. A way I learned from Marv, Maroo, Barchie, and Jundus; A boss battle can be as simple as a bathtub.

This ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ plane is a stupidly hard boss.

It doesn't glitch, at least it doesn't any more.
I recall doing this with no problems whatsoever. 22/06/2014 the very day I got the DLC.

It was never fixed. It happened to me couple of months ago when i played the game again just like it happened when the game was first released, but like earlier posts say i got it solved by restarting the game and reloading a save.

From my experience, simple walk out from the tomb and enter it again, the tree glitch will be fixed.

Glitch is still there but luckily reloading the tomb worked fine

thank you, walking out of the tomb and entering it again fixed for me! very disappointing that Square Enix has still not fixed this bug in paid DLC (as at April 2018)
