Stuck in the mountain base!

ATTENTION - WORD TO THE WISE; DO NOT FAST TRAVEL FROM ANY DAY CAMPS IF YOU ARE GIVEN THE OPTION; IT IS A BUG THAT COULD PREVENT YOU FROM PROGRESSING. I SPEAK IN ALL CAPS TO TRY AND PREVENT IT FROM HAPPENING TO OTHERS.

Hey, I would appreciate anybody's two cents here. I've reached the defunct control panel in the mountain base and the day camp you get to after a sequence where Lara crawls through a tunnel of really hot pipes. My issue is that the day camp let me fast travel, and I decided to backtrack for a DLC camp. Now I can't fast travel BACK to that location and the tunnel with the pipes is filled with steam and Lara can't crawl through. I don't know any other way to advance. Am I being stupid? Can you fast travel to day camps? If not, how do I get past the pipe tunnel again?

Having same issue and still have not figure out how to progress.

There is a fast travel camp on the second floor of the main room where the large firefight took place.

Thats true but there is no fast travel camp to travel to past that. For some reason either it let us travel from a day camp and its a bug, or something else is going on. Iff you select ffast travel from this camp, and you havent reached a base camp further in the story, your stuck. I am thinking it is possibly a bug where somehow we were allowed to travel from the day camp there and thus locked us from going any further.

Im starting to think this was not intended for us to be allowed to fast travel from that day camp, and now were stuck having to start over from scratch again.

Damn.. I must suck ass at this game, I keep getting owned by the damn wolf in the cave ( FInd Roth's Backpack).. lol I just gave up for now after geting owned 25 times lol

if you have a sticky keyboard that does not respond well to QTE's its going to be troublesome

Yeah! Alright, I'm glad I'm not the only one here. I thought it was odd that it let you travel from the day camp. So we have to start over, or should we just keep reporting this, and maybe wait out an update?

It's possible they will update the game to take out the fact that you can travel from this day camp, but I dont think it will free us up from having to start over since we are already stuck there with no base camp to fast travel too. I will probably just start over since im only about 19 or 20% through the game anyway.

This is weird and most likely a bug, because I just got there last night and there was no fast travel option at the camp just before the antenna tower. It's not intended to let you fast travel there.

How did it not get past anybody when playtesting? Damn, I actually make the efforts for collectibles for once and this is my reward. Well, thanks for all your replies. I want to pay this game too much to wait... guess I'm starting again.
