To IOI: Hitman HD Enhanced Collection

You really know how to make someone angry. I am dedicated PC player, I never had consoles and I buy every hitman just for PC. I have IOI account and signed up for newsletter. I am sure you know that my account is for PC platform.

Yet you send all players mail with message:
Hitman HD Enhanced Collection: Hitman: Blood Money and Hitman: Absolution Remastered in 4K for the First Time. Releases January 11, 2019.

I guess all players just get their hopes up - what a great announcement. Just until they follow the READ MORE link to find out, this is only for console. Really? Big middle finger to PC players. Why you even bother to tell us this news? To make us angry?

Remember - exclusive content to consoles is middle finger to PC fanbase. If you think you don't need us, don't try to sell pre-orders on PC - we pre-order because "loyalty" to franchise. But exclusive content is the opposite.

Perhaps it'll be a console "timed exclusive"? I played and finished both Blood Money and Absolution here on Steam, in 2018. They looked more than decent, maxed out, 4k@60fps but I would gladly replay them at some point and purchase the new remastered versions if they'll make their way on PC. Please make it happen, IO Interactive.

+1 since servers are off 100% achievements is impossible i would also like to see improved lighting on PC. It all can be done via patch or separate version like darksiders. I hope that it isn't published by WB, we don't get Return to arkham from them :(

Publisher Warner Bros. Interactive confirmed that the Hitman HD Enhanced Collection will only be available on PS4 and Xbox One and had nothing to add about a possible PC release.

Do we need really a 4k HD variant? I play Hitman Absolution atm in 4K and it doesn't look completly awful. The textures are a little bad but overall it is a good experience. Let the console kiddies pay a second time, if they really need it.

It's not if we need it or not ... this is not about 4K support, that is related to consoles only, PC has 4K support for most of the 15 years old games ... this is about other improvements, like texture quality, shadow and lighting upgrades, heightened shadow mapping etc. And point is - if there is better version and they invested time to do it, why not offer it to all fans, not just selected part.

idk, I'd like to be play Blood Money at my native resolution (2560 x 1440), but it only supports up to 1920x1080 (or 1920 x 1440 but that is 4:3)

The upgrade is not limited to 4k and 60 fps. A lot of things have changed including other graphical improvements. I saw the games. Bloodmoney and absolution have drastically changed. Absolution has new cut scenes. New controls were added too.

Who Play with a 4.096 x 2.160 resolution Monitor ? And Who is (really) able to see it ? Full HD is great... 2K Is WOW on a (very) Large one... But 4K ? WTF... BTW - Only cause the Textures are saved in a bigger Shape dosent make the Grapics 4K... But the Downscaling gives a better effect, then Upscaling... Anyway... Bulls%#t... the Game Servers are Down. So? Or are they Down only for the "Normal" versions of the Game?
