How are we supposed to get Big Leagues achievement?

When no one is playing blue League anymore and orange one doesn't count. Nice job designing achievements dependent on other players.

Win 5 multiplayer League Play games after being placed in a division ? How do you not understand what it is saying? you need to be placed in a division which means you need to play the 5 placement matches and then win 5 matches in league it doesnt matter if its championship or the Random one

I know what I'm supposed to do but the problem is that the Champions doesn't count and no one plays Moshpit, thus making achievement impossible to get.

You could say the same for many games. What do you think is going to happen when they shut down the servers? Even if you are playing single player zombies and your internet connection drops, the game ends.
