30 FPS with RTX 3060ti

Hello sers, I'm having low 30 fps with RTX 3060ti. What are the optimized settings for this game to run at minimum 60fps? I'm searching for a DLSS toggle but I don't find it, any help will be appreciated.

Same problem with a 3060Ti: a hard limit at 30 FPS. Whatever I change in the settings in the menu for e.g. DLSS, the FPS counter never goes over 30 FPS. With DLSS performance in the menu the 99% FPS is 29 FPS and maximum GPU usage is about 55%, so it should be able to go higher. I used settings from Digital Foundry that they worked well on a 2060 Super, but even with those 30 FPS is the limit. I also often crash out of the game when I change a setting.

Thx i not find it too :) i appreciated it. About fps is normal. With 2080 i have 21 fps and with 3060 same(both notebook).

If somebody is getting 30 fps no matter what try disabling verticle sync in portals advance video options or Open console pressing ~ and type fps_max 0.
You can enable console in the key binding option.

Jesus efing crist this is it. this should be pinned. I had mine set at 20 fps for when i alt-tab and don't want my video card to go berserk while afk.
Somehow Portal thinks it's in background mode all the time, or this is a driver issue.

Still, i turned it off and now i'm enjoying 120 fps on Ultra and DLSS ultra performance on RTX 3080 .

Because the game it's based on is being run in the back ground and RTX remix then takes and injects the news assets over it. RTX Remix is the primary app and the game itself is just an asset stream.
