I know the idea is to use the ramps to jump but how do you exactly get the highest jump with the ramps? I been using the dash ability but have no luck.

The more you interact with PICI's around the lab, the more moves you will discover.
If you want the solution, you need to:
use the double boost. To perform it, press gas right AFTER the spin of the flip o will. And with AFTER I mean right when the taxi starts dashing forward. This will give you a super boost. If you press gas while spinning, it won't work.

Must have been missed the pici... 170 gears before i finally (roof of the arcade) got it.
