No quicksave?!

My quicksave doesn`t work anymore. whatever key a choose to quicksave. PLaying on normal no iron....

It doesn't seem to work as often now. It doesn't work in the base at all. It may be preventing quicksaves when somebody is in serious danger, too, though I'm not too sure there.

i have tried on a mission at start also. not working. Maybe a problem with the update but it was working with the update last night... just not anymore

There is an option for quicksave, andi t appears you have to turn it on everytime you start a new game. Also dont depend on it. it does it at weird times. When I start a combat mission it only saves after someone dies. It does not save when the mission starts. or after a turn. Notwhen itshould. Likeat the begining of a mission, or after you pick a location. It picks the worst times. I save everytime I touch down, everytime before I invest in facilities / research / satelites.

There is an autosave options. it is off for me, but the quicksave was working with the f12 key but since the update its the f10 key and still doesn`t save at all anymore.

Are you guys talking about autosave? If so I found it very weird and finally turned it off and started saving at the start and end of each mission.

no not autosave. i could quicksave anywhere and could come back at the exact same spot of the quicksave.

I quick-saved a bunch of times tonight. I like to do it between waves.

Sanitarium, are your other function keys working? Some keyboards make it easy to switch the function keys to 'special' (and mostly unsupported) commands.

Isn't F12 used for something with the Steam overlay? What about F10? That might be getting in your way.

yes the other keys are working. i can change them also. Just the quicksave has stop working for no reason. whatever key i try for the quicksave it won`t work.

I believe the default is now F10... since F12 is screenshot in steam. If the function is not working then i don't know.

yep the defaut is now F10 but doesn't work either.

Since the patch yesterday, NONE of my F keys will work. They are listed in the keybinds, but if I try and change any of them, it does not even recognize the key stroke.
