How to turn off Tutorial mode after game start?
The tutorial forces you to do specific actions (like research), how can I turn this junk off/?

Go to advanced options when choosing a difficulty

Disable the tutorial. it's under advanced options when you start a new game.

How do you turn it off AFTER you have started the game, I do not see an option anywhere,,,

I just restarted it after I did the first 3 tutorial missions
