Shaojie Zhang "Chilong" customization

Why we can't customize Shaojie Zhang "Chilong" (triade guy from Sllingshot pack)?

We would like to play this character (mostly because of exclusive cool face and lots of abilities from the start) but we can't customize his armor deco/tint. We dont need his face/name/nickname customizations but please unlock other options.

Because he's a specific guy and the game identifies him by his face. Giving access to customisation for him would probably cause some issues.

I need only to have possibility to change:

aa) armor deco
bb) armor tint

Nothing else...i think this is not a problem for devs in a next patch.

If you play on PC, there is a mod available on the xcomnexus that unlocks customization for special soldiers.
