Enemy within standalone?
Forgive my consolish ignorance but I had thought thaat enemy within was a standalone title. Now I checked with steam thinking of getting it and it tells me I need an original game too. What gives?

EW is an extension (DLC) of EU. Once installed, you can choose to launch EW instead of EU. And this is what you should do, indeed :)

On sale on Green Man Gaming It is 9.89 for EU and 14.99 for EW and it is 24.88 total. Price for one of the game. :D I am getting it. Hurry up before it is too late. With the coupon listed on the site it gives you 20% off so in total it is 19.92. XD So cheap.

What's wierd is that Enemy Within should be a standalone game - EW clocks in at 80% the size of EU so the y could have just thrown the last 20% in (assuming its actually neccessary) and sold it by itself.

Thats what annoys me. I have ps3 version and it is standalone. I wanted to get my self a copy for the pc expecting it to be the same.
