XCOM EU Save files won't load.

1. I just bought the XCOM complete pack day before yesterday and played the game for about an hour or so. Now, today when I started the game and tried loading I got the error "Cannot load save files missing dlc elite soldier, slingshot"....I verified my files...it downloaded a 17mb file but the problem still persists. Please help me someone.

2. In the game properties the XCOM pre purchase dlc is checked but marked not installed. How to rectify this?

it is ythe elite solder pack, people who prepurched got it for free. it cannot be installed.
