If we had more details we may be able to help fix it, or there even may be there's someone else that had the same issue and already found a solution.
Also the devs aren't ignoring you, for them to do that they would first have to know you even exist
my guy, the forums are lit up over the issue, it was a recent update put out to the firaxis/2k launcher and it bricked some of the older games lol.
2K, the publisher, are the ones that keep messing with the launchers.
As a customer, I don't care. And as someone with a financial interest in the game(s), 2K absolutely will care if they get the reviews they deserve.
My guy, how did a 2K Launcher update, the last of which was released in June, cause an issue on this game in October? This game doesn't even use the 2K Launcher.
Also, Alien Vs. Predator is having this same issue, and that game isn't even made by 2K. Someone in the discussions over there said it's an issue with Steam's DRM.
