How do you yourself use Ghost Armor?
Is there anyone you feel it's wasted on vs Titan armor?

What are your best use scenarios?

6 Assaults, 6 ghost armor = Everyone gets super shotgun to the face, all fights end in 1 turn. :D

Ghost is the best armor in the game.
Use Ghost with Chitin to have TItan HP + benefits of Ghost.

Actually thats just stupid, you dont need ghost armor for that. I mean for my post.

I mainly use Ghost Armor for moving up close to aliens I wish to stun or to save my troop by retreating to safe area after receiving mass damage.

My point man scouts while invisible, squadsight snipers destroy everything - easy.

Do you guys think that Ghost is better than Archangel for snipers, also?

I give ghost armor to everyone I can, except squadsight snipers. With squadsight snipers, you just jetpack them up in the air and they have huge potential map coverage.

Depends on the build, if they can fire and move, then ghost, if squadsight then Archangel. Ghost gives you less cool nickname options, with archangel you can name them after angels.
For snipers it depends on the map. If I am expecting a big open-air map, then I like the Archangel Armor. For assaulting the bigger ships or some of the Council Mission maps, then the Ghost Armor.

i tend to have it on assults late game with citian plating to give them a nice buff to damage and crit chance, but as it's the only armorr that has a natural defence (essentaly making low cover high cover and high cover high cover + smoke grenade) so it's great for any mission without much high cover, i once used it to get the jump on the finial mission and just had a barrage of sneak attacks aginst the boss.

I slap it on all of my soldiers to make them harder to hit. :)

I equip ghost armor on soldiers who have the extra movement perk, maximising the overall movement with the ghost armor movement bonus. I use these specific soldiers for rescuing civilians on terror missions & also providing vision for squadsight snipers, I only move them within their blue range, if I'm detected I activate ghost armor and move somewhere else on the second turn of that soldier.

Ghost Support + In-the-Zone Sniper = brutal hunter/killer team.

With EW ghostarmor is waste vs Titan, in EU i used it on Assaults and in Templeship on everyone to get the Sectopods without return fire.

20 Defense alone is worth more than 4HP. Some of us don't use Mimetic Skin as it's way too cheap.
