and because its a turn based game.
they get a half turn to get to cover you get first shot. its well in your advantage. stop complaining.
And when finding a pod, toss a gas grenade into their mix. They loose that free move running to cover without knowing where I am while I still know where they are, on top of all the other things gas does.
If I get really lucky that person with Low Profile will also get (I have been playing this game with training roulette active so much I can't remember a time I didn't use it) a skill that lets them carry more than one grenade. Letting me do this more than once.
Thanks for playing though, you've been a fantastic contestant.
And even when someone gets both I find it's a bit overkill to take six of any one type of grenade into a fight. Three ghost grenades alone means that no one in my squad ever gets shot most of the time.
That is odd though.
... a stupid tactic ?
hunker down, grenades, try flank when rush yourself in full cover... so many options, but blame the game and not the player
As a result, it can be a tad confusing when referring to Vanilla perks after using Long War, considering that these are simply different names for the same perks.
Probably just for the hell of it or the lols, in the case of Close and Personal becoming Close Encounters.
