As a helper, so u can get to the real nasty impossible Thins and floaters where aim cheating wont help u anymore anyway, i can tell u that key to clear them out fast is grenade useage and Mindmerger hunting...
Because in Vanilla its going to take more than just editing the ini files.
so I guess you could bind a key to give you 2000 credits every time you press it, and use not created equal and just use rookies who start with 80 aim.
Hard to go back to the vanilla game once you played LW and X2.

If this was a film there'd be special forces all around the world. I could fix this issue with mods on XCOM 2

Your troops aren't the "best of the best", their the "best of what was left after all the good ones were snapped up".
This case doesn't show such a good reason.
