when the game starts, I'm in the floor. i can move, everything seems working, but im in the floor. its off by about 5 feet, so the ground is around shoulder level.

How do I enter that room? It says there must be another way in but I can't figure it out.

Really, I have looked everywhere, but I can't find it. Also, what am I supposed to do with the knife? And how do I remove the plank from the barricaded door? I am completely stuck!

I loaded up today to find that my movement would be halted a step or maybe two after trying to walk. Strafing, forwards and backwards, crouched, sprinting, all have this issue. It persists after leaving the saferoom too.
