Got the marksman pack but dart rifle still only 5 shots

I got maximum ammo on my AS50, but despite having the marksman pack in the upgrades at the store, I still only have 5 shots in the dart rifle. Any idea why this is? Thanks.

Yes I did, thats why I have max bullets on the AS50 (I think 25 shots)

I enjoy the fact that you only get 5 darts on Infamous.....means you gotta make them count.

It's part of the reason why i love this game so dearly. I enjoy a good challenge and this game offers quite the challenge on Imfamous. Sure, the dart rifle is an ideal choice for a weapon, but it has major drawbacks....namely the HORRIBLE reliability and limited ammo.

Something about these animations and the unexpected failures in combat makes me love the game even more

Sure it makes for unpredictability, but i've always stuck with the M1903 for sniping. it seems to have the best reliability of all the snipers.

So..........is there an ammo upgrade for the dart rifle, and if so, is it the Marksman? I play on normal. How many extra shots will I get from Marksman upgrade?

You can also store a second dart rifle in a special weapons crate. That way you would have not only a spare one in case it blows up, you also double your ammo capacity

As for the unreliability of the dart rifle................it looks to me like the reliability upgrade for the dart rifle is simply not working. The weapon behaves as if the upgrade was never bought. It's not a feature of the dart rifle itself, it's a bug.
