Does the Steam version include a copy of the first Alice game?

I've read that Alice: Madness Returns includes a copy of American McGee's Alice. Is this true for the Steam version or is it just if you buy it from EA's website? Or is it true at all anymore?

Nope, and last I checked not even EA sells the complete collection that included it anymore. If you're looking to buy it you might get lucky with a physical copy somewhere, probably at a very bloated price.
Otherwise there's stuff like the post above that will tell you to just download the full game and how to launch it through this game, but at that point you might as well just find a torrent and play it standalone.

One thing though, when I click on that link I get a message saying that the items I see on that page will be delivered only in the US or something along those lines, so is it still region locked like when it was originally sold by EA? Can't see any info about it on that page.

Is this version missing hitsounds for weapons like the Vorpal blade (knife)?
So many versions I tried are missing hitsounds, but my copy of the original game (not remastered) does have them.

It was dlc for Madness Returns, but you had to buy the online pass. The pass itself is long gone, but the dlc remains available.

There is a backstory chronicling the events of the first game in Madness Returns.

iirc, it was included digital collector's edition. It also came with six extra costumes to wear. I bought it on release, and there is a prompt in the menu to launch the first one. I never bought anything after my initial purchase, and it was playable on day 1.
