How to play Alice 1 in Alice Madness Returns.

You have to download the file I uploaded for you. I already changed the ini file for you.

I have changed the "." with "x". workuploadxcom/file/wExR8jFnnjn

Put AliceEngine into C:\Users\***\Documents\My Games\Alice Madness Returns\AliceGame\Config
Put Alice 1 into C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Alice Madness Returns

You don't need to download anything, simply go into the DefaultEngine file and scroll to the bottom and find GIsSpecialPCEdition, change false to true and you're good to go

No you are NOT. You need the files to play Alice 1

that will just enable the menu entry, this version doesn't have the game files

that one is kinda old i would use this guide it also has a video guide for both EA and steam version (American McGee's Alice Fix Windows 11)
