american mcgee alice is not working

so i did the dlc thing and turned it on but every time i try to launch the dlc game option my game crashes and nothing happens after so anyone got a solution?

I read somewhere the DLC thing is only for weapons and dresses, not for the game since you'll be lacking of the game files and such.

You can only get the first game from Origin. When you buy this game on Origin it comes with the first game built in ready to play. Sadly the Steam version does not have the original games files. The DLC thing is the cosmetics like what was already said.

I had the hack where you got the DLC on the Steam version, it worked fine in the past, now all of a sudden I decide to play Alice 1 on Steam and it's suddenly CTD when launching. So ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ annoying, EA is an extraordinarily retarded company.

On yt, search "Yung Roach" Alice: Madness Returns DLC not working. He has a code string:

+Bindings=(Name="NumPadFour",Command="EnableAllDLCWeapons")
+Bindings=(Name="NumPadFive",Command="DisableAllDLCWeapons")

In the video he explains what to do with this.
