21:9 Ultra wide monitor fix
Found this to remove black bar for your 21:9 monitor,it works and it's looking good :GDEasy:
http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=911805874

Ultra-Widescreen (21:9) Specific Solution & Issues:
The Game supports only 16:9 Aspect Ratio - you need HEX edit the Aspect Ratio & INI edit
the FOV to get it HOR+

HEX edit Aspect Ratio:
Go to --> ...\Steam\steamapps\common\Alice Madness Returns\AliceGame\CookedPC\Engine.u

Look for 39 8E E3 3F and change it to 60 E5 18 40 & 4C 8E E3 3F and change it to 60 E5 18 40.

INI edit the FOV:
Go to --> ...\Steam\steamapps\common\Alice Madness Returns\Engine\Config\BaseInput.ini

Under [Engine.PlayerInput] add this Line: Bindings=(Name="NumPadFour",Command="FOV 106",Control=False,Shift=False,Alt=False)

Press Numpad 4 in Game to change the FOV.

You don't find the line one by one with your eyes,
we'll all go crazy if we do that :D

Use "Search" to find the line you want to edit.
(up-left corner of the HexEditor, you'll see the button of "Search")

Input 39 8E E3 3F to find it, then change it to 60 E5 18 40,
when you have done all changes, save it.

Important: Before you do the editing, copy the original file of engine.u
as a backup, so you could recover it once you ruin the file by accident.
