1 and 2 are definitly mods
i think the 3rd one is also a mod, there is a minimap mod but iirc it only works for interiors and also shows scrap and stuff(like the map on the monitor)

I'm not sure what you're wanting in a flashlight mod though. There are mods that let you start with one, have infinite ones, add even better ones, or add realism by dimming over time.

that one is ReservedFlashlightSlot by Flipmods, the creator also has versions for extra weapon and walkie talkie slots (:
