baboon hawks

need to nerf the spawn rate and damage they do and maybe add the yell at them they run away back. they spawn too fast and too much

It has been pointed out many, many times that shouting does nothing against them. I even looked at the code myself just now to put this eternal debate to rest. Like a few other enemies, Baboon Hawks inspect noises if they aren't preoccupied by anything more important. However, if they're already chasing you, they are agitated by eye contact, not the sounds you make. Meaning that staring at them will keep them at bay for some time, but will eventually provoke them to attack, while screaming does absolutely nothing.

Totally unexpected that someone who tells people that they have a "skill issue" doesn't actually know what he's talking about.

They move back whenever I scream at them, Idk wym, probably just a skill issue.

What about telling them that you will random crit them with the shovel if they approach you? Does that do anything to dissuade them?
