Alright lets work together on this, since no one else made a discussion on it yet but lets talk about the giant bomb under the company.

I brought two power cells to it and found out they cannot be put in yet, it looks like two other pieces are also required, a lever and some sort of chip next to the cells. Any one have any information about the other objects? maybe we need a the stop sign? thoughts?

Thanks for this post. I had no idea there was a bomb underneath, and your post inspired me to look for it. I already knew about the hatch, but appreciate the additional pointer.

If you go to the Company moon to sell your scraps, as soon as you get off the ship if you go to the left, there's a hatch you can go down. If you follow the catwalk you find a log recording. Up in the rafters though, there's a bomb with the words 'DON'T TELL' spray painted on the side. And as the OP said, there are clearly what looks to be two spots for the power cells and a microchip looking slot as well.

Be careful when trying to navigate to the bomb. It's easy to fall into the water and die.

I randomly found a data chip on Vow, I died so never got to figure out what it was. It was on a fire escape.

To my understanding and observation it looks more like some sort of laser drill, it's on rails that lead up to the wall with a spray painted circle on the wall itself. As for functionality... Honestly I believe it's just foreshadowing right now, something that will be usable in the future to explore the SAFE company building depths, some sort of end goal perhaps?

checked the thing myself.

There's 2 battery holes, the wire is disconnected, there's some kind of ignition device, and on the front at the bottom, another thing with two yellow arrows pointing to it. Went on top with a ladder & doesn't seem to have anything up there.
I agree with above, seems like some kind of drill or battering ram on rails pointing at a yellow circle on the wall.
A friend & I took a bunch of items to it in case we could plug anything in but we could not, engines, batteries, scrap metal, key, cake pan, kettle but nah, got nothing.

100% something for the future but boy am I excited

I brought one apparatice fuel cell, and I couldn't slot it into any hole either, despite it looking identical.

In spray paint, on unfinished content, outside of a massive wall. A drill would make sense. It could be anything in the future. Don't get smarmy when people are just spitballing ideas.

My final thoughts are that the device is a ram of some sorts

The big wording of "BATTERY" is just telling you what you need, the rails the device is on, the spray paint on the wall is the target
Unless in later versions the "head" of the device gets changed to a drill bit, or you can find a big drill bit in different locations.

Btw if you type don't tell into the terminal it says it costs 120/130 and after day 3 it is out of stock

my friend and I wrote in the don't tell console, we were told that there was some kind of product for 130, but we didn't have that money. when we earned them, we were told that the product was out of stock. Do you have any ideas?
